Why Baku

Baku, Azerbaijan embodies the central question of this forum. As an energy-producing nation actively investing in diversification and renewables, Azerbaijan represents the tension—and opportunity—of balancing economic development with environmental responsibility. Its Eurasian position and engagement with both global and regional institutions make Baku a strategic location for this dialogue.
